I've been laid off in a corporate restructuring.
If you or someone you know needs a Lead-level Enterprise IT dinosaur, please direct them my way.
I can do endpoint management, I can do physical datacenters, I can do on-prem, I can do edge, I can do hybrid cloud, I can do multi-cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), I can do cloud-only. I can do Windows and Mac, and am improving on Linux. I can do VMs, bare metal, and containers (improving on K8s as well). I can do networking, I can do firewalls, I can do FinOps, collaboration suites, teleconferencing, systems integrations, and security policies.
I can do (almost) all the things, and whatever I don't know I can learn very quickly. I have architected global datacenter builds, done on-prem to public cloud migrations, executed cost savings amounting to over a million dollars in compute costs, and closed business/IT/security gaps to close M&As worth over a billion dollars. I've also mentored juniors, lead large projects, and taken an increasing interest in leadership roles and responsibilities (financial planning, business alignment, long-term strategy, product development).
I can be your one-stop-shop for everything IT-related, or function within - or lead - a team. I'm based in the Boston area, and have extensive experience operating within global teams/follow-the-sun operating models with predominantly-EMEA colleagues.
Please, help me find new work.
