What is going to happen, is they are going to pull something out of the records and say "see, this PROVES it was rigged for Biden" and inside of about 5 minutes, someone who actually knows what they're talking about is going to say "uh, that doesn't prove that at all." Then the Trump administration is going to just PRETEND they have a smoking gun, and try to ram through some law, executive order, or rule that will help them blatantly rig elections.
I've even kinda pieced together an inkling of how they intend to do it, and why the voter lists are so important to them.
Right now, one of the ways the GOP rigs elections, is aggressive use of voter challenges. This literally means that some asshat goes through the voting record, and tries to disqualify votes after the fact for extremely dumb reasons - like maybe "you signature doesn't look EXACTLY like the one we have on file" or "there are two addresses listed for this name in our records"
This strategy can be effective for them, in certain circumstances - smaller districts, races that are close, etc.
But it has some limits. For starters, you have to know which voters to target. This takes time, there's a lot of effort involved in these challenges, and there's only so many people they've got working on it.
Okay well what if you knew what names to look for, because you had the voting records of the entire country already? What if you could look at the results and KNOW in advance how many people you needed to DQ/erase their vote to win? What if you had a list of, damn near every Democrat voter in the country, and could just send a LEGION of people to challenge, only the places you need to flip?
That, I think, is why they want the rolls, in every state.

And the lib establishment is not gonna see this coming, because they already know about voter challenges and they're relying on the structural limits of this strategy.
Except, between LLMs and having the voter rolls - all bets are off. They can do MILLIONS of people.
