His family says he begged for water and help while his body was failing. Luis Gustavo Nuñez Cáceres (Honduras) Died 5th January in Texas. He had congenital heart failure and his family says he was denied the medication and timely treatment he needed to survive. Hector Sánchez Dominguez (34, Mexico) Died 14th January at a Georgia detention centre, only six days after a minor traffic stop. He was a father of two. Victor Manuel Diaz (Nicaragua) Died 14th January in El Paso. He was taken during the Minneapolis sweeps. His family is still fighting for the truth about the conditions that led to his death.
