I wanted uv to support the same output format as `pip install --report` but I think I'll have more luck with pylock.toml.

@SnoopJ yes, it鈥檚 a requirement, there鈥檚 an open PR for it waiting in the open PR to vendor packaging 26. :)

@cuboimposible @SnoopJ @henryiii pip install --report - was specifically created to avoid the need for special tooling to get 100% reproducible installs. it can be converted to a requirements.txt with jq
