Hey team #thinkpad, I'd love boosts and suggestions on diagnosing this issue on a T495 laptop I had to retire and would love to repair instead:

• the battery charges correctly, but after a few days, it does not charge anymore when I plug a charger
• if I leave it alone for a week, the battery charges again
• bios reset, replacing the battery and USB-C charger did not fix it. Only one USB-C port supports charging

By elimination, I assume that the issue is in the power management chipset, but that would mean replacing the whole motherboard?
