Is Pixelfed sawing off the branch that the Fediverse is sitting on?
"The Pixelfed app has unilaterally decided not to display most Fediverse posts for the arbitrary reason that they do not contain a picture.
This is done on purpose and by design. Pixelfed is designed to mimic Instagram. Displaying text without pictures was deliberately removed from the code (it was possible in previous versions) in order to make the interface prettier."

Jo, el que no entenc de @pixelfed, és que només mostri dades de seguiment i de "m'agrades" de la instància on has registrat l'usuari. És a dir, perfils d'altres instàncies et poden seguir i fer "like", però el comptador de l'app només té en consideració els perfils de la mateixa instància. És una manera molt estranya d'entendre la descentralització i la federació d'instàncies. És un disseny de xarxa molt poc comunitari i molt allunyat de la filosofia de les altres eines i espais del #fedivers.
