@Edent I'd agree with you, in that I've got a talk I've given several times last year and my renditions of it get better over time (I also have improved it with feedback from audiences).

Unfortunately when submitting it to conferences, having given it before is seen as a negative, and in security some conferences go so far as to forbid repeat talks.

So I either discard my talk and start anew or take the rather disingenuous approach and lightly rebrand it and change the title.
