Kudos to Barry Ward, member of the Irish parliament and a barrister, for writing this letter which calmly lays out in forensic detail why X/Musk/Grok can and should be prosecuted under existing Irish law. He happens to represent my constituency and will definitely get a transfer if not a first preference at the next election!
