Today I celebrated a 94th birthday over dim sum with 4 generations of a family and old friends. It was a beautiful display of life coming full circle.
At the same time, I am mourning the loss of my cat. This is our last photo together on New Year's eve.
There is so much to celebrate in both life and death. I hold space for the joy of a long life and the reverence of a final goodbye.
I choose to stay in the center of both, anchored by love.

It generated baby wings and a halo for my image. I watched the film Good Fortune recently (Keanu Reeves was a guardian angel but his wings were smaller than the other angels coz...do not worry, I won't spoil it for you). Just watch that film. It was hilarious.
