My syringe helper. If you're dispensing a thick goo the syringe body can slip through your fingers. Not so with the helper in place!
In my case the thick goo is dog ear treatment. A slip means I poke the already stressed mutt in his ear hole and he freaks out.

A 1ml syringe held in a hand. There is a red toggle thing which the syringe body slips into and which is too big to slip through the fingers. Unlike the syringe's ears.
In the background is a sofa which scandalously is showing that one of its cushions has been replaced backwards-the zip is showing. Maybe this is a good thing as it shows the cushions get taken out and beaten clean occasionally? Half full or half empty my friend? Where were we again?
