🛟 E-Begging for me and my kitty ($460/1000)

Hey friends, I’m sick again and its bad enough that I can’t work. My job doesn’t offer paid sick leave, so when my health flares up (and it does constantly, because fuck winter), my income just… stops. February is looking especially rough. Rent alone eats about 60% of what I make, and I don’t have family support to fall back on.

Add to that a tiny kitten I've found and adopted. They’re my responsibility now, and while the extra costs (food, litter, vet) aren’t huge, they matter when you’re already struggling. I’m doing my best to care for both of us without constantly worrying about whether there’ll be enough.

I was unemployed for a few months before this, which drained what little cushion I had, and these unpaid sick days are setting me back again. Mutual aid is truly my only safety net right now and I appreciate everything.
