@arstechnica Do users who need this kind of hand-holding actually do anything at the level of folder management?
The users who can't manage a folder for themselves are usually the ones who don't mind 100 icons on the desktop or 5 layers of menu redirects because they've memorized all kinds of useless junk and avoided any abstraction.
