Yes, often!

My newest WIP, Covens and Chorus, was inspired by a dream. I woke up int he middle of the night and immediately wrote down 1200 word summary of the story behind the dream as best I could remember it.

These days, the majority of my stuff is not based in dreams, but when I started writing itw as all dreams, and obviously they still pop up from time to time with a blessing from the muse for me.
