#ScribesAndMakers 8 How long does it usually take you to decide if you like a book?

Usually within a chapter or 2, but books can be sneaky. Some don't stick the landing, and some fail in the middle for various reasons.

I read most of one book that on page 299 (of 425) was one of the best I had read all year, but on page 300 the story fell apart around me like a plane around Wile E Coyote. 8 deadly words time. I not only DNFed it but moved the other books by that author WAY down the TBR list.
