If you've been thinking about joining Climatematch Academy, this is the year! Since 2023, Neuromatch has been proud to host Climatematch Academy (CMA). After thoughtful discussion, the Neuromatch Board of Directors, with input from the Climatematch community, has decided that 2026 will be the final year Neuromatch hosts the course. This reflects CMA’s distinct needs, particularly around funding models and enrollment patterns, which differ from Neuromatch’s neuroscience-focused programs. Neuromatch is deeply grateful to every volunteer, department chair, course director, teaching assistant, mentor, and content creator that made CMA possible. Neuromatch will work closely with Climatematch leadership to identify a new long-term home for the course, ensuring the curriculum and resources remain accessible. What this means for prospective learners is simple: 2026 is a special opportunity to take part in Climatematch Academy at Neuromatch. We are fully committed to delivering an outstanding final year of the Computational Tools for Climate Science course, with the same care, and community that have defined CMA to date.
