I'd specifically love to use it in my DnD games as monsters/NPCs cos they're brilliant and so inspiring for me.

I don't, it's not something I was aware that people did! Although @accidentalcyclops.bsky.social@bsky.brid.gy made a game (5e) out of my Strangehollow world in '24 that will be out soon I think! (Jase, is it out soon?)
