Okay! As part of my attempt to avoid using YouTube, I'm thinking of listening to radio. Unfortunately my radio is broken. Can anyone recommend any radio websites?

Or, well, anything else that I can play in the background while I work? I'm good with news, music, OTR, whatever.

@Quasit Podcasts are also good.

For radio - if you want music, you might like BBC Radio 6 Music from the UK, Double J from Australia, or FIP from France. All three are commercial-free and won’t play the same old nonsense you hear everywhere else.

@Quasit

I like the Radio France app, especially for jazz, but they have lots of genres to choose from.
