For all of you UKers - it is a coooold and frosty morn out there. There is a very long list on the #ParkRun cancellations (their website has the full list) this morning due to obstruction or unsafe conditions, so do check if you're planning to brave the icy tundra. I'm waiting for the course check on my local, but wondering if I might have rocks in my head for even considering it! Hope you're magnificent, whatevs. X
