@dmnelson Another option/model: I worked with a group of folks to set-up a non-profit housing co-op. We bought a house we knew we would all pay into and never own. I left after 5 years without a penny that I'd put in. The point was to build a low-cost community housing resource that others could enjoy and benefit from in the future.

Given the times we live in flexible, #cooperative, #communal ownership might be a great way to go for many people. I loved it.
