I was running every day, but haven't been able to since getting covid

Gonna keep trying. Like you say. Build the habit. Not going far or fast, but am going

I need to do something for flexibility as well

Enjoyed tai chi and yoga back in the day. Don't have the patience for it now, so going for basic movement and "standing upright" pose. Will see if I can work up to something where I have to pay attention

I tried to keep running after Covid but it didn't go well. Short walks and a bit of outdoor work has been okay if I'm careful, but it's so easy to do too much and the penalty can be days or weeks of recovery.

I'd love to start running again, but that's a long way off, if ever. I'd have to start with some sort of "Couch to 500 metres" program 😉

Still, we've got to believe that getting up and doing something will help over time!

And it seems Alonso the trainer often encourages you to get in lac time even if he uses negative reinforcement on the tai chi, *your form is off* *headbonk*
