Feel like it’s important to note here that SCOTUS’s only job here is setting the floor. If future Fed admins don’t want to let this happen, they can put it in the contract. And if POTUS won’t do that, Congress can pass a law that requires pay. This is a case that is easy to negate SCOTUS on.
