@episcenery I'm at about the same timeline. About a month ago I got this big hit of euphoria (confidence, happiness, etc) and while I was still trying to figure out if it was real, a few days later the nipples started being sore. Guess so.

I started with a .1mg patch and some finasteride. Then moved to two patches and added 12.5mg spiro. Now trying to balance my blood pressure by reducing lisinopril as I increase spiro.

I'd dearly love to have more E, but my doctor wants to focus on reducing the T. And she won't add progesterone until the T levels are where she wants. I'm 64, and she says throwing lots of E is fine for younger folks, but I should go slower. Hard to argue, as much as I'd like to.
