thank you, i have a 👑 Grounding Mantra for TENS because i am dissolving emotional wounds from betrayal trauma (partner related)
"I release the anchor of the wound. My energy flows free now. I am the Lighthouse. Love flows through me, not from me. I am secure. I only attract love that reflects my worth."
Today is the 1st treatment with the mantra. I have used the TENS 2x previously at home (no mantra then).
I am to repeat this mantra slowly with each deep breath as the TENS works its current. AIM: Release the anchor, become the conduit.
I then journal privately immediately after or later in the day. The healer who taught me this says to prepare for emotional release later in the week (tears dissolving pain trapped in the body by it releasing).
