Mandatory internet labeling laws have been rejected over and over again as unconstitutional. I don't see how this passes any level of scrutiny. Which @agounardes.bsky.social@bsky.brid.gy was told multiple times by constituents (some of whom shared this with me). His response was to call them big tech shills.
