Oh! How is it easier / harder?

I evaluated it briefly a couple of years ago, then Tauri, and ended up using egui for a small embedded touch screen GUI.

egui's a good fit for this GUI, but I want to undertand slint better for when I have a "real" "app" to do...

I'm really not a fan of framework that says "hey, forget cargo I got my own thing" though...
