From your perspective, you are using a tool to get things done very quickly. That's great for you, however the choice of tool and the mode of development does have ramifications for all-volunteer social processes that involve other people - we can't ask reviewers to spend time reviewing code when the authors have not done their due diligence to make that code reviewable.
