Anyway, education of children and people is fundamental, especially when there's a rapid cultural shift.
So, the EC is on the right track: let's educate everyone about fundamentals, ie. individual and collective impact in this connected new world.
Most importantly, keep a whole chapter on the dangers of mass surveillance on society, with #chatcontrol being a brilliant example.
