I still find it impressive that so many *informed* people rely on Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Instagram, and the rest as their main way to share ideas. Why not a blog or a simple website instead? Why not offer some way to contact and connect with you that doesn’t depend on these tools?

Is Big Tech’s communication infrastructure really the most effective option, or simply the default? And what about those who choose not to use mainstream social media at all? Should they be excluded from your business, your ideas, and your professional network?

Maybe I’ve been overestimating what counts as being "informed."
