I had ridden the Red Line train one of the days I was working on my old timey train red paper sketch and while I’ve heard the announcement for the last stop a ton of times, something about it hit different that particular day. “This is the North Hollywood Station, as far as this train goes” that last part, as clichéd as it is, stuck with me and after I finished my little train sketch, I had this idea for this drawing… I suppose you could say I’ve been in a place of trains lately. I meant for this to just be a sketch but I spent a bit more time on it than I intended to. My tendinitis has been doing much better, it’s very good to get back to drawing! #MastoArt
