The Red Squirrels don’t usually visit the brook side of my house - they usually hang out on the hilly terrain in the back. But I scattered a bunch of sunflower seeds atop the snow, and boom! It raced right over to eat a… hemlock cone. 😂

#Squirrels

A squirrel with an orange pressed against its backside is sitting atop the snow munching on a hemlock cone. The scattered remains sit below its bright ochre paws as it holds it close to its mouth. The squirrel has a whitish belly and reddish brown fur.
