Concerning custom emojis, the instance owner will manage them, but each user will be able to upload ten emojis (number customizable by the admin).
They can be automatically validated or require admin approval first. They can be moderated at any time.
We could also add personal emojis on your mobile server. Unlike your posts, which stay visible through relay caching when offline, these emojis would only display when you're online.
