Repair wasn't entirely trivial, there's quite a few layers to take apart before you get to the screen, and the ifixit replacement part came with a central chassis screwed on which you have to take off first which was confusing. But it all went smoothly, took maybe an hour. No heatgun or soldering required, just a torx 3 screwdriver and some guitar picks. #hmd #hdmfusion
