AI Slop will keep getting harder to identify as long as the ruling class keeping pretending there is money in it.

But even after the bottom falls out of the AI bubble, we can't unscramble the egg.

There are enough open source models and enough nefarious people/financial incentive/political motivation that every lightly moderated platform, any platform that doesn't have explicit rules against it, is likely to suffocate under the weight of slop forever.

Finding common ground, shared culture, anywhere that doesn't explicitly prioritize human connection is likely to become a real problem!
