agree, I think that's why so many people are being scammed nowadays in the US. Banks shouldn't be doing this kind of overreach

I wouldn't do online bank either, but Capital One is the only bank that have _decent _ banking within parent-children use case and doesn't add extra fees for that - there's a couple of companies doing just that. Sadly for us we don't have a Capital One branch near by - the closest is 45 miles away.
