Mentioned NovelWriter https://novelwriter.io/ to a friend, and the fact that it was #OpenSource. Given how non-trivial of an app it is, my friend figured it was probably collaboration of a bunch of folks. I suspected not because the intersection of python developers, and folks who need serious long form #writing apps, and have time & motivation to contribute to open source is a pretty small slice.
