I still love the Ruby syntax but the dependency hell that the Ruby/Rails ecosystem brings to the picture is so discouraging that I have moved most of my personal projects away from Ruby.

@ink I've been watching this from a considerable distance because I bounced right off Ruby -- too much punctuation getting in the way.
