I’m wearing a BART holiday sweater, but 19 min to the next train is unacceptable. Many developing countries have better service. When my friends and family come to visit I am so embarrassed at the state of our trains.
As a now local transit nerd, I understand why (funding, etc). But many people in many parts of the world simply get trains that work without needing to become ‘into transit’ or a ‘transit advocate’.
