One of the frustrating things about this survey (aside from using ScurvyMonkey 馃檮), is it's so individualised.
There's things I don't personally need a library for. Because I'm lucky enough to have other ways to get them. But I really appreciate that the library supplies them for those who don't. This survey didn't ask about that, and it really ought to.
