@faraiwe It isn't clear that most users know there is an ability to pre-approve all quotes. Having quotes at all now is a plus of course, but this whole silly scheme to try hide postings that -- yeah -- could easily be screenshot, is faux privacy, and misleading at best.

It's one of the sad facts of life in info tech, the people saying "hurr, but I don't know how to use [other OS/office suit, etc]" also do not know how to use Windows/MS Office/etc.

@lauren the whole of the internet software beg to differ? If you want to simply jump into the seat and use nilly willy, without stopping to think about the functions, nothing gonna to end well.
Every user SHOULD take a minimum look for the workings of whatever they use. Intuitive is one thing. Flying blindly causes most of the issues with privacy online.

I have worked 30yrs with Unix and internet. I still RTFM for *most* stuff beyond basic usage.
@faraiwe No. This is not 1980. People are FORCED to use these systems now, more and more, because alternative mechanisms (e.g. for ordering, customer support, etc.) are being decimated. Non-techie, busy people do not generally have the background to understand these systems in any depth at all. Hell, we old-timers are often unable to fathom the shit coming out of Big Tech now in terms of AI. When you blame the USER -- who so many techies have long called LUSERS -- you are ALWAYS wrong.
