Third week of physio training to recover from tendinitis. A few observations
1. It feels so good to run.
2. I didn’t know how to run, being trained by a professional is invaluable.
3. My Garmin watch is fantastic to monitor my training, but dangerously bad as a running coach.
To nobody’s surprise, to feel well humans still need other humans, and technology can only support us in our interactions, not replace us.
