Drop 5, 6, and 7 and in exchange, the West won't openly support any separatist movement in Russia, unless they directly ask us to.

@randahl The difficulty with this plan is that it presuposes a scenario where Russia loses. If it looses, there is a high likelihood that Russia will fall apart in smaller states, thus no-one to apply # 2-7 to, and that Putin himself will be "disappeared" before he can go to court in Hague.
