*** Supervisory Opinion ***

We published a Supervisory Opinion on the draft decision regarding records and archives management.

This decision establishes clear rules for handling EDPS records in paper and electronic format, and the preservation and opening to the public of the EDPS archives, defined as ‘records to be permanently preserved for their administrative, fiscal, legal, historical or informational value’.
