A text is on screen, saying "The Two Towers". Type setting mode is activated, various font metrics are now drawn over the text. The text is formatted so that "Towers" is on the next line. The metric labeled "font size" is dragged to increase the font size. The first word "The" is selected, and by dragging the font size metric it is reduced in size. The T of "Two" is selected, and similarly made very large. The remainder of the word is selected, and dragged by the square handle so that it slots in nicely under the big T. "The" is selected again, and moved upwards by dragging the handle "Baseline Shift".
