This time, from the context menu "Subtract shape from flow". Now, the triangle interrupts the text flow, with text avoiding the triangle. The top right button is ticked. Then, the ellipse is selected again. From the context menu, "Set flow shape as first" is selected, and now the text flow starts inside the ellipse. The text is selected. The borders of the text flow area are dragged to add padding. Then, the text size is increased so that it flows over both the ellipse and the rectangle, avoiding the central triangle.
