In some ways China's strategy on renewable energy & specifically its domination of solar panel production represents the business & political case for the green transition... the Q. for the world is how does it respond to a green transition that has Chinese characteristics & infrastructure?

Might we conclude that the green transition will be the mechanism through which the (peaceful?) transfer in global political hegemony is achieved?
