I'm a lawyer. I've written several books, half a dozen academic law review articles, I don't even know how many legal briefs, and literally thousands of OpEds. I say all this to show that I know the English language fairly well.

And yet, I did not know until this week of the word "hebephilia," and I'm pretty dang sure it's because no one I've ever associated with has tried to "umm akshully" pedophilia by explaining how hebephilia is in any way "better." My God why is this even a discussion. smh
