AI makes it so easy to make accessible websites nowadays — look at this menu that it added!
Of course, it's not actually marked up as a menu. And the headings are images with purple-on-purple text and an empty alt attribute. And the browser's prefers-reduced-motion setting is ignored. And the only thing the "More contrast" checkbox does, is add a black border around this very menu. But otherwise it's very accessible, I'm sure.
@VincentTunru From the description and image, it sounds like this widget was based on an overlay. So if this was generated by an LLM, it seems overlays are poisoning them too.
@aardrian Hmm possibly, although there are no third-party resources, and the JS that supports this is unminified and fairly basic. But I wouldn't be surprised if it's overlay-inspired at least.
(I should note that I have no proof that it was generated by an LLM; it just *very* strongly reeks of LLMs.)
