We bought this gin as a birthday present for @clareburgess’s mum. It starts off blue, but turns pink when you add tonic. That’s right, it’s transGINder 🏳️‍⚧️

A bottle of Torbay Gin. It’s a vivid blue colour with a hint of purple.

Here’s their promotional picture of the colour change. The colour comes from blue butterfly pea flowers, which turns pink on exposure to the mildly acidic tonic.

Another bottle of blue Torbay Gin, alongside a glass of gin and tonic, which has a pale pink colour.
