I believe I used Ubuntu for nearly 15 years. Looking back, I was a fanboy. Next logical step was Debian based distros, as they had the familiarity from Ubuntu but without Snaps and other annoyances that come with Ubuntu.

Now, most of my installs are Debian, Linux Mint Debian Edition or Devuan.

I plan on doing more with NetBSD
