@marcoarment Had that recently with a food order. Took them a week to just *ship*, and each day the e-mails had nothing to do with shipping.

I had turned off *every* "subscribe to our newsletter" and still got a "confirm subscription to newsletter" message (that I rejected).

At least the reply address worked, when I contacted them telling I hadn't even received my first order and had gotten more e-mails than days, they quickly took me off the lists. But WTF???
